Daniel fast

Jon did the Daniel fast two years ago. It was 10 days of a lot fruit, baked potatoes, homemade salsa and a few other items thrown in the mix. The motive was pure, but the preparation was lacking. Jon has decided to do it again, but this time the preparation was extensive. He spent several days researching acceptable items and recipes. He also spent hours Sunday cooking meals for the next few days. I was a bit skeptical when I saw some of what he was planning on making, but I have to admit, its good. I've been taste testing and am surprised at how good sugar free, meat free starch free etc food can be!

yum! looks good. carbs/grains can be a lot harder for your body to digest if they're not prepared properly so i bet his body will feel different. can he eat beans since he's going meat-free? if he can, i bet you're excited about that. haha!

i see you have braggs brand liquid aminos. we've been using their raw apple cider vinegar for stuff. very yummy!
