About 2 weeks ago, Jon called me up and asked what we were doing on the 9th. His dad got 2 tickets to the Ohio State game and Jon was the lucky winner of the second ticket. I admit, I was a little bit jealous, but it got better when Jon told me that they wanted to get there early so he would have to be out of the house by 5am! 
After an uneventful trip down there, they headed to "skull practice." Its basically a pep rally. A high school band comes in to play for everyone, the OSU band goes through its song list, then Tressel comes in and talks to the crowd. Then it was over to the stadium for the main event. OSU won big and it sounds like everyone had a great time. Unfortunately, my hubby came home looking like half a lobster. Who knew it would be sunny and 80degrees in October!

After a quick dinner and an uneventful drive home, we had Jon back for the rest of the weekend. It was so nice to have quality time after a couple crazy weeks at work.
