Crisis averted

We got a little bit of good news yesterday that had me panicking for about 30 seconds.  Apparently one of the buyers had an issue with a previous house.  Because of this issue, they have to wait a certain amount of time before they can apply for a new mortgage.  They are unable to officially apply until March 3rd. Because of that small delay, they will have to extend their apartment lease for a bit or make other arrangements. Which means we have to delay the appraisal until then, but we can delay our move for a week or two.   I think having an extra week or two will help us immensely.  We're heading out to look at 4 houses today. None of them scream dream house, but you never know!
